They are often seen in adults. Common wart is contagious by touching the warts. The second type is flat warts, small. flatten warts, flesh colored, and appear in large number, mostly appear on the face, neck, legs, and knees. Filiform warts appear in the neck and scalp. They are finger shaped. Periungual warts occurs in the nail areas. They are cauliflower- like. The problem is the probability to regrow after it has been removed.

There are some available treatments, like using duct -tape, over- the- counter remedies, cryotherapy using liquid nitrogen, laser treatment, excise under anesthetics, etc. There are another available treatments, freezing or burning the warts done by medical doctors. The disadvantage of this treatment is that the root of the wart is stay untouched. This will enable it to grow again.  Laser treatment could be effective, but it’s very expensive.

Wart removal using duct tape is done by cutting to the size of the wart, applied and left on for some days. Then the area is soaked in water and gently rubbed. The tape is re-applied. The exercise is repeated for about 2 months until the wart disappears or according to the health consultant. The problem of the wart treatment is the probability of recurring after the treatment is finished.
