In men aged 40 years with lifestyle or physical activity that is, walking with a speed of two miles an hour for 30 minutes can burn calories up to 64.9 kcal, and with a speed of 4 miles per hour for 30 minutes can burn calories up to 186.7 kcal. If this is done routinely every day, then you can calculate how many calories are lost when you walk.
