Busy is not a reason why you should not get in shape!
The most frequently-said reason of not getting into shape is: “I am very busy. I have no time to exercise. Should I just leave my work to do the exercise at gym? I would never do that!”. This kind of statement is very commonly said by the professionals and workers which are very busy in their daily activities.
I myself am an owner of a shop, which works full-time in my office. When my shop closes, I do all the post-work accounting and storages processes. Although I have some employees, but I cannot leave my shop unsupervised. I myself don’t have so much spare time myself. The gym and sport center is located far from my office, which I don’t find it’s convenient to go there, wasting my time in the way. I was 205 lbs, 180 cm, 100 days ago.
