Eyes are the window of the soul. This old quote are indeed very right. We spend almost of our lifetime by looking, watching, reading. And these are done by the eyes. As the same as other organs, eye can have disease and illness, which is very annoying because vision problem is one of the most difficult problems to ignore. Having exercise is very useful, as the healthy body will provide good nutritional supply to the body’s organs. But you should avoid doing exercise which is risky of being hit by objects. Martial arts, football, basketball are not recommended.
